Consumable creations...(I am hopeful in this)
Savory Seed Crackers were inspired by my need to snack and a few friends of mine that choose to make much healthier choices than I do in the snack department Every time I make them something gets changed, and so far, I haven’t had any giant mess up in the taste department. INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup ground flax seed 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup hemp seeds ¼ cup sunflower seeds ¼ pumpkin seeds 2Tbsp black sesame seeds 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds ½ cup quick oats 2 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp ground cumin ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp fine ground pink Himalayan salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 ¼ cup water INSTRUCTIONS
3. Scoop half of the mixture onto each pan. 4. Spread seed mixture as thin as you can making sure to not leave any holes( the thinner they are the crispier they will be.) 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and score crackers to the size that you would like, switch the placement of the pans in the oven and bake for 25 minutes more. Turn off the oven and let crackers sit for a few more minutes in the oven. 6. Remove crackers from oven and let completely cool. Store in an air tight container Makes approximately 50-60 crackers dependent on size. Did you make this recipe? Did you like it? Did you do anything different?
